What does this package include?

Your tailored workout plan takes into consideration your lifestyle, training and eating habits. Your training program will be developed based on your current fitness level, and information provided by you to ensure that you exceed your goals. Programs are tailored for people ranging from those who have never been in the gym before, to those who are working towards pushing themselves out of their comfort zones and making improvements with professional help. Next Level Performance designs custom programs using various styles, including:

  • Full-body workouts

Once your training plan is designed and sent, you have a week to discuss and ask questions with the Next Level Performance team via email. A successful program will be based on you fully understanding your plan, and we don’t want to leave anything to chance.  

This one-time program includes the following:

  • Interpretation of custom survey / questionnaire to understand your current situation
  • Daily training plans, ranging from 3-10 days of individual workouts, based on your fitness level and goals  
  • One week of email communication to allow for questions and interpretation of your program
  • A follow up in one month

Often, individuals start with custom workout programming, and learn that they begin to love this lifestyle, or a single plan isn’t quite enough to help you reach your goals. A one-time training program package can also be combined with a one-time nutritional program to help you achieve results faster. If you’re looking to take this even farther, Next Level Performance also offers monthly programming services that include both custom nutrition and training programs, adjusted weekly, along with support, check-ins and guidance on-going.
