With Next Level Performance, group training and coaching is geared towards any individuals with an interest in improving their health and fitness, no matter the starting point; you can train with group members of different skill and fitness levels, each session is designed with these differences in mind. This style of coaching is centered around pairing 2 - 3 individuals to train together to meet their fitness goals. While you are going to be training with a partner for accountability and motivation, you will still receive tailored food and workout plans to get you to your health and wellness goals faster for days which you are solo. There is 100% dedication to each individual, namely why group training is capped at 3 people at a time. These programs are designed to start where you’re health and fitness level are currently at, be it beginner, or advanced athlete; and propel you towards your goals. Training with a group keeps costs down, while giving you the individual attention you need and deserve to get pushed to your max. This type of program focuses on in-person, small group private training sessions with your devoted fitness coach. A group personal training program is three parts; in-person training sessions, a custom food and workout plans for the days you will train alone. All components are custom designed to maximize your results. These programs are successful due to accountability check-ins and daily support from your trainer, yes, they check in on you, everyday! Additionally, you will receive coaching to teach you how to properly read and interpret food labels, tips on making educated choices while dining out and weekly custom adjustments to your food and workout programs to get you to your goal faster. The best part of group training is that you can lean on your training partners for support, encouragement and additional knowledge to achieve your goals as a team.
One of the first steps you will complete is a questionnaire to provide the specific nutrition and lifestyle details; through interpreting your answers, a custom food and training plan is developed, monitored and adjusted weekly to ensure results. You are also invited to meet in person, check out the private training studio, and bring along and questions or concerns to help you decide if this type of training is right for you.
Questions which help guide your plans customization include: Blood type, current job situation, eating habits throughout the week and on the weekend, vitamins you take, foods which you don’t like or are allergic to, any medical problems, joint pain or hindering injuries, beta blockers, blood pressure, current workout schedule and your short and long term goals.
