Tara Anderson is a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association. After being diagnosed as Celiac in 2013 her life was flipped turned upside down and it lead to life changing alterations. Feeling inspired from what she had learned to apply to her own personal life she was motivated to help others in her situation. Anderson became a personal trainer to integrate the concept of how to heal your body with food as well as fitness. She never gave up on how to connect body, mind and spirit. She found a way to challenge herself with larger goals in mind, and signed up for the British Columbia Amateur Body Building Association, placing in the top five contenders in the figure category. If you’re goals don't scare you, they’re not big enough. Tara believes in the healing power of whole foods and healthy choices for a better you, inside and out.
