    What does this package include?

    • In-person consultation 
    • One individual one-on-one in-person training session at the private NXTLVL studio
    • Custom nutrition program design
    • Custom weight training program design 

    This type of program focuses on an in-person consultation, one in-person, one-on-one private training sessions with your devoted fitness coach and takeaway lifting and nutrition program designs to keep you going on your own. A successful training program is three parts; in-person training sessions, a custom food and workout plans for the days you will train alone. All components are custom designed to maximize your results. 

    How is the food program tailored just for me?

    One of the first steps you will complete is a questionnaire to provide the specific nutrition and lifestyle details; through interpreting your answers, a custom food and training plan is developed.

    Questions which help guide your plans customization include: Blood type, current job situation, eating habits throughout the week and on the weekend, vitamins you take, foods which you don’t like or are allergic to, any medical problems, joint pain or hindering injuries, beta blockers, blood pressure, current workout schedule and your short and long term goals.
