I earned my stripes on stage. Now I build them for busy men.

I am Alan Dyck, a body composition coach based in Kelowna, BC. Competitive bodybuilding taught me how to read a physique and change it with precision, and 20+ years of coaching taught me how to get that result inside a packed calendar. I watched too many sharp, driven men accept a soft middle as the price of success. This practice exists to end that trade.

When you coach with me, you get me reading your numbers and making the calls, with a roster of driven men holding the same standard. You run the plan, I keep it honest, and the mirror keeps score.

The entire point is to fit your life. Most clients train three to four focused sessions a week and follow a nutrition setup built around their travel and meetings. We engineer for your worst week, the one with the red-eye and the deadline, instead of a fantasy schedule.

Yes. This is remote coaching. I work with driven performers across North America. Your check ins and adjustments happen on your schedule, wherever you are based.

We look at where your physique is now, where you want it, and what has been in the way. Then I lay out the plan. If it makes sense for both of us to work together, I will tell you how. If not, you still leave with a clear direction and no obligation.
