This disclaimer applies to all content, programs, and services provided by NLP Fitness Inc, operating as Alan Dyck Fitness, including this website, our application funnel, coaching calls, training plans, and nutrition guidance.

1. Not Medical Advice

The information and coaching we provide are for general educational and motivational purposes only. Nothing we publish or say is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a physician, registered dietitian, physiotherapist, or other qualified health professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or heard from us.

2. Consult Your Physician First

Before beginning any exercise, training, or nutrition program, consult your physician, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint or bone issues, a history of injury, or any other medical condition, or if you take medication. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort.

3. Results Vary and Are Not Guaranteed

Fitness and body composition results depend on many factors, including your genetics, health status, effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep, and adherence to the program. We do not guarantee that you will lose a specific amount of weight, gain a specific amount of muscle, or achieve any particular outcome in any timeframe.

5. Assumption of Risk

Physical training carries inherent risks, including muscle soreness, strains, sprains, and in rare cases more serious injury. By participating in any program, workout, or nutrition protocol we provide, you voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for these risks. You agree that your participation is at your own risk and that you are responsible for training within your own limits and with proper form and equipment.

6. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for giving us accurate information about your health and fitness background, following medical guidance from your own healthcare providers, and telling us about any condition or injury that could affect your training. If anything we recommend conflicts with advice from your physician, follow your physician.
