With over 25 years of experience as a kinesiologist, exercise physiologist, and nutrition coach, I’ve worked with everyone from competitive athletes to individuals managing chronic conditions and injuries. For two decades, I immersed myself in the rehab world—assessing, treating, and educating on functional movement, injury recovery, and performance. But no textbook or certification prepared me for the brick wall I hit head-on into peri-menopause.
Despite living what most would call a “healthy lifestyle”—eating clean, exercising regularly, and coaching others—I found myself in a personal health crisis. I was gaining weight, losing sleep, battling relentless anxiety, struggling with brutal gut issues, and feeling utterly stuck in a body I no longer recognized or felt confident in.
What I was missing were the very foundations I now teach in my online coaching programs.
My transformation began not in the gym, but in the mirror. I had to completely rethink what it meant to be well. Through years of research, working with functional medicine and naturopathic doctors, and rebuilding my body from the inside out, I learned how to restore gut health, rebalance hormones, and reignite metabolic function—specifically during menopause.
That journey led to the creation of “The Formula to Master Your Menopause Metabolism”—a system rooted in science, self-awareness, and sustainable results.

I know the burnout of overtraining, the disappointment of pouring effort into all the wrong things, and the frustration of doing ‘everything right’—only to see zero results, and the deep emotional toll menopause can take on your life, work and relationships. That’s why I do this work—to guide other women back to themselves with the strategies I wish I’d had in a medical world lacking the education, tools and science-backed solutions for women to thrive in midlife.
I’m also the owner of Fit & Fueled Fitness, my in-person private, partner, and group training studio. One of our most loved programs is our seasonal Outdoor Training Program (April–September), created during the pandemic to bring all ages, fitness levels and sexes together for movement, laughter, team building and strength-building in nature. We offer fun client events throughout the year to connect and develop lasting friendships through out programs.
