Week 2

Thankfully, week two has been much better than week one. I've been losing weight at a crazy fast pace, and I'm still feeling a bit sluggish. I don't have a lot of energy for workouts, and that's frustrating. Food wise, I've found what I'm eating on the cleanse is easier to work with, now eating some meat (I'm a meat lover). And I'm getting used to drinking coffee black. I still really want a cookie, or cream in my coffee, but and any sort of carbs I can get my hands on, but...I'm committed to doing this. Over all I also feel like my mind is sharper, and my ability to focus is better. My mental energy for task management is so much better. There are definite, noticeable improvements over my ability to get things done. Very pleased with the results thus far, despite being hungry and a bit cranky. - Greg
