Week 6 & 7

Well, this week has been a bit discouraging. Again, this has been another week with no ability to get to the gym and work out. That's been super frustrating. Despite this, I've lost another 4 lbs just with sticking to diet.... And of course this points top how important sticking to the diet really is. Currently I'm sitting at 280 lbs, and that's 34 lbs down from when I started. I haven't really had any cravings, although I have found that I'm getting hungrier in the evenings, and we are watching that more closely and Alan make adjustments as necessary. Other than that, things are going well. I just need to get my home workouts in GEAR!! - Greg
