Week 7____________________________Week 7 was crazy! The pounds just started to melt away and the workouts started to get even easier. I've upped my weights at the gym and hit 210 pounds. The goal of hitting 199 by the end of March got real. I still get to eat my delicious oatmeal and rice pudding and I love my chicken meals. Alan told me it would look almost like I was deflating and I can see what he means. My waist looks smaller all the time and even my hips and legs. I'm so excited to see the results going further, especially as lots of people are noticing the change in me. - Jas
