What is one-on-one training & coaching, and who is it best suited for?

Are you thinking about engaging in personal training services, but you don't know if you're "a good fit"? Personal training is suited for beginners that are nervous to step into the gym for the first time, right up to competitive athletes and beyond, needing professional help surpassing their fitness goals. This type of training and nutritional coaching is geared towards any individual wanting to get to their goals faster, no matter what those goals may be. One-on-one training and nutrition is focused on your individual needs and propel you towards the next level. Next Level Performance helps people meet and exceed these typical training and fitness benchmarks, a few examples below:

  • Shaping & toning
  • Strength & conditioning
  • Beginners, and individuals new to training, looking for privacy and professional guidance
  • Social athletes, looking to meet sport specific goals & cross-training gaps

Your initial program design for nutrition and workout plans are charged as a one-time fee of $600; additionally a $500 monthly coaching fee is charged for regular program adjustments, check-ins and support. In-person training sessions are charged in addition, and pricing is found in the drop down menu above labeled "Trainers & Session Packages"; please select your trainer to determine package rates. 

Train as a couple with 10% off the 12 session package, 15% off the 24 session package and 20% off the 36 session package.

    What does this package include?

    This type of program focuses on in-person, one-on-one private training sessions with your devoted fitness coach. A personal training program is three parts; in-person training sessions, a custom food and workout plans for the days you will train alone. All components are custom designed to maximize your results. These programs are successful due to accountability check-ins and daily support from your trainer, yes, they check in on you, everyday! Additionally, you will receive coaching to teach you how to properly read and interpret food labels, tips on making educated choices while dining out and weekly custom adjustments to your food and workout programs to get you to your goal faster.

    How is the food program tailored just for me?

    One of the first steps you will complete is a questionnaire to provide the specific nutrition and lifestyle details; through interpreting your answers, a custom food and training plan is developed, monitored and adjusted weekly to ensure results. You are also invited to meet in person, check out the private training studio, and bring along and questions or concerns to help you decide if this type of training is right for you.

    Questions which help guide your plans customization include: Blood type, current job situation, eating habits throughout the week and on the weekend, vitamins you take, foods which you don’t like or are allergic to, any medical problems, joint pain or hindering injuries, beta blockers, blood pressure, current workout schedule and your short and long term goals.
